To Install the Healthy Kan Du Feeder:

Easily attached to a pipe corral or a wood fence. Verify that all parts are available and review the instructions before beginning the installation.

Height can be customized for your horse.

 

Parts Needed and Tools required:

• Drill and at least a 5/16 drill bit to put holes in the pipe corral or the fence.
• Wrench to tighten nuts onto carriage bolts.
• 2 5/16 carriage bolts at least 4 inches long.
• Tape measure.
• 2 5/15 nuts and 4 flat washers.

Installation Instructions:

Note: It may be necessary to have two people available for installation of the feeder.

1. Drill the holes in the appropriate location.
2. Place the feeder in the correct location; insert bolts with washers affix nuts to bolts, cur extra bolt length off for safety.
   Warning -Assure that the feeder is securely fastened to the corral rail.
   Warning - Install the feeder touching the ground or a solid surface. Also have the opening toward the outside of the corral.

Warnings and Cautions:

• Do not stand on the feeder.
• Do not tie your horse to the feeder.
• Do not leave a halter on your horse while using the feeder.
• Do not remove feelers from the horses face.
• The feeder must be installed touching the ground.
• Periodically check the feeder to assure that it is securely attached to the corral rail.
• Periodically clean beneath the feeder. Weekly cleaning is recommended.
• Install with the opening toward the outside of the corral.
